A Simple Breakfast: How to Make Minute Eggs

[quicktime]http://the-communicator.org/wp-content/uploads/2010/01/How-to-make-a-minute-egg-wood1.mov[/quicktime] Breakfast is said to be the most important meal of the day yet many high school students overlook this fact every morning. For many students the choice lies between an extra ten minutes of sleep or a good breakfast; and quite often the extra sleep takes all. Sometimes spending more than a few minutes to make breakfast can be too much of a hassle so early in the morning. So here is a one-minute recipe to prepare eggs:

You Will Need:

  • Two eggs
  • A splash of milk
  • Two pieces of bread
  • Slice of chees
  • Tabasco sauce (optional)

The preparation is simple. First, crack the eggs into a glass measuring cup (or some kind of microwavable bowl). Then add in a tad of milk and beat with fork. To add more flavor mix in desired amount of Tabasco sauce. Heat glass measuring cup with mixture in microwave for 45 seconds to one minute. Take out the measuring cup and add once slice of cheese on top of partially cooked eggs. Return to microwave for 20 seconds or until the cheese is melted. Toast bread (optional) and remove glass measuring cup with eggs from the microwave. Turn glass measuring cup, with the cooked eggs, upside-down over one slice of toast and tap the bottom until the eggs come out onto toast. Put the sandwich together and bon appetit!!
