“I moved to Germany last year, it was a complete culture shock. It was exciting and different. Nobody there would wear shorts, no matter how cold it was. People would look down on you if you wore shirts. Do I miss it? Of course I miss my friends everyday but the way of life there is so different. We never had a car and it took me 40 minutes to get to school, I would talk the bus, the train, the underground [train] and walk. We would walk everywhere. I liked the big city but I also like a small town like Ann Arbor. I want to live somewhere in between.”
