Sourdough

My sourdough starter is how I keep track of weeks, it gets fed on Fridays. Each time I take it out of the refrigerator, either to feed it, or to bake for my family, I am feeding someone or something. Every week, with so many others who made a starter in their isolation, I help something grow, and I feel connected to everyone doing the same thing.
