Eva Edwards hops on Ripley Huffman's back for a piggy back ride during their break in Mock Trial. The team has worked hard to prepare for the upcoming competition. "Everything has been really coming together with both A and B teams and I'm glad to be their even though I'm an alternate this year," Edwards said. "It's never a dull moment hanging out with my friends in Mock Trial and I'm so grateful for all of the people in it."

"We just started today and I couldn't be more excited to get them ready for art school," said Coron. "I'm going to make them draw, draw, draw!"

Elle Mccreadie and Nina Tinney work on their Great Lakes food web for their Ecology class. Mccreadie and Tinney were able to put the final result of their project together after they drew an outline of the levels of the food web on the poster. "It was confusing at first trying to make a combined food web of all the Great Lakes," Mccreadie said. "Once we got the apex predator level sorted out, the rest was easier."

Willow Rosenfeld is currently a sophomore at Community High School. When she’s not writing, she enjoys baking, reading and making art. She also plays ice hockey and lacrosse for Pioneer. This is her first year on the Communicator staff.
