Freshman Miles Feng launches his team’s rice bag across the hall with a handmade slingshot. Initially, the Engineering and Design student team aimed to shoot the bean bag as far as possible, but this challenge required accuracy. “It doesn’t feel great, but it’s fine because it’s not graded on quality, just research” Feng said. “It’s all about iterating your designs and always trying to make things better.”
