Lila Sarnecki relishes the cake party taking place on the front lawn at the end of lunch. While most people were using their hands to scoop up some of the sugary treat, Sarnecki chose a different way to eat the dessert. “They said someone should stick their face in the cake, and I also just really wanted some cake,” Sarnecki said. “The only other way to get the cake was to hold it in your hands, so I just decided to skip that part and take a big ol’ bite out of the middle.”

" Choir Club as been such an amazing experience so far," Heller said. "I've met so many great singers. Being able to sing fun songs with this group has really made me feel more interested in singing and choir outside of school and musicals."

Veronica Herrold competes in the balloon event on Fall Field Day. Herrold and her friend Annette Dobson had the time of their lives as they tried to not let the balloon slip during a true forum bonding moment. "It was just really fun to bond with everyone and actually see them participate," Herrold said. "I'm pretty sure our fourm got second to last place, but at least we didn't lose!"

Tom Rumple stands among his variety of Dahlias for sale at the Kerrytown Farmers Market. Rumple was initially inspired to grow flowers by seed packet illustrations at the grocery store, but found much more benefit in the craft after joining a Dahlia society. "

They didn't plan to coordinate outfits, but it just so happened that all three teammates got similar suits for the mock trial competition. "It was a crazy coincidence," Ledbetter said. "We were all matching which was really fun."

"Today was definitely up there with some of the better Silvester forum days," Ionides said. "I hope we come back here some time in the future."
