Song of the day: “Goodnight Kisses” by Charlie Wilson
Let me tell you a story. Once upon a time, some friends of mine had a craving for some Taco Bell. So they rolled up in Jack Belden’s car to a quaint little Taco Bell on the outskirts of town. As they wolfed down copious amounts of chicken quesadillas and loaded grillers, a song came on the crappy stereo that changed their lives forever. A song so beautiful, so visionary, so orgasmic, that it altered the group’s outlook on life. “Goodnight Kisses” by Charlie Wilson haunted the group for the rest of the day. It followed them home to Belden’s house, where it was blasted on his speaker system, and then all the way to Quality 16 Movie Theatre, where it bought itself a ticket to American Sniper, and serenaded every single soul in theater number one. The End.
If you would like to feel the same feelings that these fellas felt, listen up.- Joel (With help and inspiration from Jack Belden)
