Chocolate Chipsy Cake
RECIPE
1/3 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 cups flour
2&1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips
Bake at 350 degrees for about an hour.
