Suit and Tie Cookies
Ingredients:
2 sticks of butter (room temp)
1 cup of brown sugar
1 cup of granulated sugar
2 teaspoons of vanilla
2 large eggs
2/3 unsweetened cocoa powder
2 cups of flour
1 teaspoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
12oz bag of white chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350˚
- Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy
- Add vanilla and eggs one at a time to the butter mixture
- Add cocoa powder (mix well)
- In another bowl mix flour, baking soda, and salt
- Add dry ingredients to the cocoa mixture a little at a time (don’t over mix)
- Mix in the white chocolate
Drop a heaping tablespoon of the mixture on parchment paper. Pat lightly on the top of each cookie. Bake for only 14-16 mins. Let the cookies cool for 5 mins on the cookie tray (best served now). After put them on a cooling rack and store in an airtight container.
