Chocolate Avocado Pudding

Makes 1½ servings

Ingredients:

½ – Avocado

2½ tablespoons- unsweetend coco powder

¼ teaspoon – any extract

¼ cup- honey and/or maple syrup

Pinch of salt

¼ cup – stiff whipped cream

Direction:

  1. In a food processor combine avocado, extract, honey and/or maple syrup, and salt. Mix on high for 60 seconds or until completely blended
  2. Scoop out the pudding into a bowl and fold in the whipped cream
  3. Set in fridge for at least 20 minutes
  4. Serve in glasses or bowls

*Add fruit and whipped cream on the top to garnis

*This is also a good fruit dip
