People swim in a crescent-shaped beach along the Iberian Peninsula. Sacha Verlon visited this beach on a vacation with his father, Frédéric Verlon, when he was 14 years old. His father lives in France, so Verlon only gets to see him once or twice per year. “The vacations I take with my dad are always memorable,” Verlon said. “It’s kind of a getaway from the normal Ann Arbor life. Everything is so much different so the vacations are always refreshing.”
