“I am passionate about coxing because I am put in a leadership position that allows me to step out of my comfort zone and lead in ways that I wouldn’t have anywhere else. I love the team atmosphere and how we all have each other’s backs and are able to contribute to the success of the team in our own ways. The sport in how much we rely on each other, because without teamwork, we can’t do anything. This is what I love the most about crew, and the life lessons gained from this sport are innumerable.”
