Shannon Kahan
“In eighth grade I was struggling a lot with my mental health, and in school. My grades were dropping, but I didn’t want to do anything to fix it. I wasn’t eating at all, and I was worried about making my grades better. I didn’t know what to do. My mom dragged me out of the house and brought me to therapy. She made sure that I was getting better. I think that was really important that she helped me. That was a good thing for me.”
