“I recently got back into running for fun and also my mental and physical health. Before online school, I would go on runs all the time. Part of it was the summer weather, but also the new format of school was an obstacle in the way of me running and mostly being motivated to run. I found by easing into the schedule of running basically every day now, I am becoming more disciplined in other aspects of my life especially with my work and school responsibilities. I think it’s cool to see my baby steps in the running routine and the overall benefits of running translate to benefits in other things I am doing. “
