“This is my friend Sophia and they go to Camp Tavor with me! We are singing “I Will Follow You into The Dark” by Death Cab for Cuties and it was the last Shabbat at camp. [This photo] means a lot to me because it was probably the last Shabbat I will experience at camp and I’ve been going there for seven years. Also, Sophia is one of my closest friends and I only get to see them at camp because they live in California. This picture really captures the concept of camp and the environment that we create. I’ll always look back on that photo when I’m reminded of camp.”

You can typically find her commuting between her classes or doing homework, but in her free time, Ruth enjoys being outside, walking her dog, Juno, reading, going on runs near Bandemer and trying new recipes. She cannot wait for all of the amazing work that will be created in Room 300!
