Pumpkin Feta Dip Recipe
The word “fall” can mean a collection of things: the leaves changing color, enjoying comforting, spiced foods and drinks, going to a pumpkin patch or apple orchard, the ideas are endless. While pumpkin muffins and apple pie are both delicious, this Pumpkin Feta Dip has sweetness from the honey, creaminess and tanginess from the feta and radiates a warm, bright orange color. The ingredients are minimal and are a perfect appetizer. Top with fresh thyme and raw walnuts and serve with warm pita.

220 grams of feta cheese
½ cup Greek yogurt
One cup of unsweetened pumpkin purée
One tablespoon of honey
