“I’m most looking forward to my triathlon in 2024. It’s March 10th, indoors at the Y. It’s a nice mix of activities because there are three different parts to it, so I can switch it up every day. It’s different from what I’m used to, I never get bored. I’m trying to swim, bike, and run once a week. On the other days, I do strength training, especially my arms, a lot because they get tired first when I’m swimming. I’ve also been working on my swimming form.”
