FOS teacher Courtney Kiley’s favorite mural at Community is the mural hallway located on the first floor. “I really like this one because it’s a whole experience,” Kiley said. “It’s not just a flat thing on the wall, when I go in here I feel like I’m in a cell. As a science person, I think that’s really fun.”

Violet Selcer

Violet Selcer’s favorite mural is the rose located on the first floor. She enjoys how the flower reminds her of herself, with the connection through her name. “I find it pretty because there is purple and flowers,” Selcer said.

Carl Taylor

Carl Taylor’s favorite mural is on the second floor, across from the main entrance. As someone whose responsibility is to ensure CHS students are safe and doing well, he enjoys having the hawk to assist his students. “The hawk means everything because he can be high and look over our school,” Taylor said.

Carlos Finks

Carlos Finks’ favorite mural at Community is on the main hallway of the first floor.
“I like it because I like Jimmy Hendrix a lot,” Finks said. “He makes pretty good music.”

Fin Dresch

Fin Dresch’s favorite mural is in the “Adventure Time” piece on the odd hallway of the first floor, located outside of the art room. “I really like Adventure Time,” Dresch said. “It’s goofy and I have been watching it since middle school.”
