Following the Food Gatherers Fundraiser kickoff, the Whiteside Forum stands on the back lawn of CHS and excitedly exchanges money for various goodies and games being offered at the Whiteside Forum Pop-Up Thrift Shop. Kinga Jung was among the determined of those trying to help raise money this year, in an effort to put their forum at the top of the leaderboard. “Last year, we came in second to last. So this year, we really wanted to make up for that. We started organizing this months ago. We came up with the idea, and it was very satisfying to finally execute it and to execute it successfully. I think we're even planning on doing it a couple more times this month,” Jung said. “Bringing stuff in for other people to experience that same thing that I know is a really good feeling and super fun.“

William Millitzer competes in a pushup competition in the halls of CHS. Although he didn't win, Millitzer is proud of his abilities and hopes to become stronger in the future. "Mark definitely mogged me," Millitzer said. "But pushups make you stronger. I did 50 yesterday, but I'm going to do 51 tomorrow."

Sofi Das and Isla Tharp will always love the snow. They thought that the snow was absolutely beautiful, leading them to sprint to the front lawn. "Its been warm recently and I have been patiently waiting for the cold weather," Tharp said. "The snow was so chunky and I loved it."

Alice Vandervliet, Eva Edwards, and Sadie Jacobs are braiding Edwards's hair after school in the hallway. Edwards thought that Vandervliet's French braids looked really good, so she wanted some herself. "We've all been super close since middle school, and Alice inspires me in many ways, especially with fashion and the way she looks," Edwards says. "I also think Sadie is artistic and her and Alice braiding my hair made me happy, knowing they are both so beautiful."
