Like clockwork, the internet explodes with refreshed ideas of personal growth and betterment, which almost always fall through in the chaos. The new year can be daunting, and many people feel as though they are being set up to fail. But there are so many opportunities for success if you put your energy in the right places. Creating unrealistic goals just because you see others doing the same is neither empowering nor personalized, so it is no wonder so many people preach against these resolutions. The ability to tune into yourself and the areas in which you truly wish to grow is a gift, and this list is an amazing tool to make 2025 your year.
Maggie Lamb is a senior at CHS and this is her second year on staff. She spends most of her time playing field hockey, lacrosse, reading, listening to music, watching movies and spending time with friends and family. She is so excited for her senior year and can’t wait to see what this year brings!
Ava Griffith is a senior at Community and this is her third on staff. In her spare time, you can find Ava at the pool, on the track, listening to music or with her friends. She loves all things fall, dogs, Michigan football and baking. She is so excited to be Communicator’s sports editor this year.
Addie is a junior at CHS and is going into her second year on the Journalism Staff. In her free time, she loves to hang around her friends and family and listen to her favorite songs on repeat. She is so excited to see all that this year has to bring!
