Community High School has over 40 unique student-run clubs. From choir to frisbee, students have the chance to explore topics that relate to their interests.

As semester one comes to a close, many clubs at Community have found their rhythm, building momentum and seeing strong student participation. From long-standing organizations to newer groups, these clubs are shaping student life this year.
Clubs can give students the chance to make friends with common interests. With the wide range of clubs at CHS, there is space for everyone to find a sense of belonging. While joining a club with people you don’t know, especially as an underclassman, can be intimidating, taking that first step can be what leads to the most meaningful connections and experiences.
Ian Rae is a sophomore at Community High School, and this is his first year on staff. In his free time, he loves to hang out with friends, spend time with his dog, listen to music, and watch movie marathons. He is so happy to be a member of journalism, and can’t wait for all the new experiences this year will bring!
Anna Birchok is a sophomore at Community High School. She does synchro, violin and lacrosse at Pioneer. She enjoys cooking, hanging out with friends and cuddles with her dog, Pepper. Anna is so excited for the next year of journalism at CHS!
