On May 23, senior Sebastian Berenfeld and the entire Hunscher-Young Forum pull with all their might during the tug-of-war competition at CHS’s annual end-of-year Field Day. Berenfeld has always looked forward to Field Day and wanted to give it his all one last time.“Tug-of-war and Field Day in general is by far my favorite school day of the year,” Berenfeld said.“There’s just something really fun that brings everyone together.”

In May 2025, Jones School alumni gathered on the front lawn of now Community High School to celebrate the placement of the new monument. The plaque signifies the importance of Jones School and recognizes the people who went there. Many of the alumni came up to speak at the celebration and shared stories and memories of their time at Jones School.

"I’m really excited for senior year," Stansfield said. "I think it’ll be really fun, and it’ll feel good to get college applications done, but it’s also nerve-racking because of how fast high school has gone by."
