Annelise Ledbetter pretends to cut Eva Edwards’ hair during their FOS II class at the end of the day at Community. Students had been studying for an upcoming test when Edwards made an offhanded comment about her hair, and Ledbetter sprung to the occasion. “Our science class is very silly,” Ledbetter said. “We have six or seven people all at the same table, and the word ‘gullible’ written on the ceiling.”

She had been looking forward to introducing Fox, who played a big role in her growth throughout high school. “Ellie has been a very important part of my high school experience, especially in journalism,” Amjadi Klass said. “It’s sad to see her leave, but I’m excited to see where life takes her.”
